脱原発・国会議員の定数削減・壊憲
脱原発ならいずれも定数削減派のみんなの党や橋下大阪府知事などに任せておけばいいのでは、と思う有権者も多いのではないか。
しかしこれでは憲法も何も吹っ飛んでしまう。脱原発を実現しても、差別政治の根っこは無傷のまま。脱原発で原発被災者をなくすことができたとしても、それを上回る戦争被害者をもたらす壊憲を許すなら、壮大な「肉を切らして骨を断つ」になってしまう。
脱原発、しかも超ダラダラ脱原発だけを焦点化することは、壊憲政党を増長させる危険性を持つ。
みんなの党などとの差別化を図るためにも、即時の脱原発、沖縄基地・安保、憲法、国会議員定数（基本的人権・民主主義）…を掲げるしかないのではないか。
電力需給実績については、東電管内で8月18日に今夏最大の電力需要を記録したが、原発がなかったとしても供給できた※し、9月の電力需給見通しでも東電管内だけで原発15基分（現在、日本全体で11基しか稼働していない）の電力が余る※ので、即時の原発停止は以前にも増して有権者の支持を得やすい。

原発事故に引き寄せて定数問題や壊憲問題などを訴えていくスタイルがいいでしょう。
原発事故と政党の責任について
福島原発震災の責任は政府と東電だけでなく、原発政策を進めてきた政党にもある。過疎地にしか原発を立ててはいけないなどという法律、その他諸々の法律を国会が通さなければ、福島原発事故はあり得なかった。
電力業界から政治献金を受けてきた政党は、それらを原発被災者の補償金に充てるべき。
今回の原発震災の震源は、差別政治にある。沖縄に米軍基地を押し付けるのと同じ差別政治が原発震災をもたらした。
3・11後、政治家が真っ先に取り掛かるべきは、この差別政治を清算することだったはず。
ところが民主党は、3・11後の国会会期中に衆院比例区定数の80削減を実現すると明言した。
原発被災者が心底、この日本から原発をなくしたいと思っても、脱原発少数政党に投じる1票の価値は、定数削減でますます小さくなる。あまりにもひどすぎる。
原発を地方に押し付け、原発被災者の一票の価値を減じるという二重の差別。踏んだり蹴ったり。人権を無視する政党に被災者支援、原発事故の収束ができないのは当たり前。
国会が民意を反映し、脱原発政党の力がもう少し強かったならば、今回の原発事故は防げたかもしれない。
国会議員を減らして浮く金は、原発被害の補償金とは比べものにならないくらい小さい。政党助成金をなくせば、議員何百人も削減したに等しい。
福島県飯館村の決起集会で、ある村民が国会議員は何もしないから定数を削減するべきだ、と訴えていた。
定数削減をして、原発被災者の主権を切り縮めてみたところで、原発推進政党が喜ぶだけ。国会議員に向けるべきターゲットが間違っている。
一方自民党。自民は3・11後、また憲法に緊急事態条項を、と主張している。中山前衆院議員の試案では緊急事態を自然災害、テロ、「その他」とし、何でも緊急事態にできる。緊急事態を宣言して、通信の自由を制限するという。
通信の自由を制限すれば、東日本大震災、紀伊半島大水害で助かった人も助からなかっただろうに。
自民は基本的人権を壊憲で切り崩すという野望を3・11後も捨て去っていない。恐るべし。
さらに言えば、自民の新憲法草案では、自治体差別立法を抑止するための現95条、それこそ原発などの地方押し付けに抵抗できるよう、自治体差別立法を拒否するための住民投票条例を規定している現95条を削除している。
人権無視の政治、差別政治は3・11の前も後も変わらない。
脱原発のターゲットは脱差別ではないか。政治災害を生産する差別政治、これを根から絶つ。無傷のままでいいはずがない。脱差別が第一というスローガンを政治家から聞きたいものだ。
